We are migrating a backend service in our infrastructure on which the ECDN reporting and ECDN portal charts are relying.
We expect the migration to be seamless, having no, or short, intermittent impact on the mentioned components, meaning customers might need to refresh reports and charts in case the result is empty.
Video playback will not be affected.
Our engineers are closely monitoring the migration and will ensure to have the lowest impact. The migration will consist of several steps, so we indicated a wide window in the scheduling.

We are currently experiencing an issue with Watson Generated captions, in some cases customers can experience slow or stuck caption generation process.
